NE OHIO CHAPTER

We are pleased to announce Northeast Ohio as the first of future Chapters across the country supporting veteran families where they live.  Regional Chapters provides the  organization the flexibility to offer programs that more closely reflect the needs of veterans living within our our community.  Hearts of Patriots will continue to serve PTSD combat veteran families nationally with our regular programs while expanding types of programs available for veteran families residing in North East Ohio.

ELIGIBILITY 
Grants for NE Ohio Families include 1.Combat PTSD Veterans with a VA Disability rating of at least 30%, 2.Active deployed Reserves, National Guard, and 3. Veteran Families experiencing unexpected financial hardship are eligible.
    * Note Applications for Activity Grants for ages 3-18 are available programs beginning January 1, 2024.
