THREE WAYS TO SUPPORT

CONNECT DIRECTLY WITH VETERAN SPOUSE OR FAMILY
Adopt a Combat PTSD veteran Spouse and make the holiday special: $175 (Provide a $75 gift and $100 grocery card to help with the Holiday meal and let our Vet Caregivers know theY too are remembered for their sacrifice) OR Adopt a Family: $500 - Provide up to a $150 Grocery gift card and gift(s) between $25-$50 for family members. (include children under the age of 18 living in the home) |

Adopt a Vet Caregiver or Vet Family and Hearts of Patriots will shop and deliver for you. Make a donation to Hearts of Patriots at the $175 or the $500 level. HOP will shop and deliver gifts on your behalf. You will receive information about the Caregiver or Family you have adopted as well as photos to make the experience more personal.

Combine with others to support Veteran Families: $$$ in any amount. Make a donation in any amount to support the program. Hearts of Patriots will combine your donation with that of others to help our veteran families have a special holiday season to remember.

HEARTS OF PATRIOTS' Adopt a Vet Spouse or Family for the Holidays program supports qualified veteran families that need help creating a memorable holiday for their families.
WHY YOU SHOULD HELP
1. Because they served and sacrificed for us.
2. Combat PTSD, TBI and other disabilities. The holidays can be especially difficult for the families of veterans with
PTSD or a Traumatic Brain Injury. Crowded shopping areas, large family gatherings, memories of lost friends
can all act as PTSD triggers and create additional stresses.
3. Financial Strain. Sadly, many of our veteran families also live on a very tight budget adding to the challenges
and stress faced by families at this time of year. Our Adopt A Caregiver for the Holidays program seeks to
brighten the season for the family of a veteran spouse, letting them know they have not been forgotten for their
sacrifice!
