This workshop offers a way of exploring the long journey home from war with others who are on the same road. Workshop Designed and Conducted by Brendan Bannon - Photojournalist |
The Odyssey Workshop project was founded by photojournalist Brendan Bannon. As a photographer, Bannon has covered the consequences of war and disaster. As a teacher he has worked around the world with combat veterans, refugee children, medical professionals and children affected by HIV. The traveling photo exhibit ODYSSEY / Warriors Come Home features pictures made by combat veterans. These photos explore the challenges of returning home from battle and the creative victories in response to those challenges.
