Our Caring for Caregivers Program Provides Support for Our Hidden Heroes
and Ongoing Validation for their Sacrifice

CARING for CAREGIVERS
Sometimes, all it takes is being seen. That’s why Hearts of Patriots’ signature program offers caregivers a year of correspondence and community — either through our organization or through one of our five-star volunteers — that can develop into a permanent bond.

We recognize that caring for a veteran with PTSD or a traumatic brain injury can be confusing, isolating, and overwhelming at times. As the person closest to a veteran’s support, your well-being is critical to the health and the welfare of your family and everyone around them. The program is free and includes a welcome package with resources and gifts, enrollment in the Caring for Caregivers Membership program, access to Hearts of Patriots private Facebook group, priority registration for the Adopt a Caregiver holiday program and more. — all you need to do is sign up. We stand up for those who stand by those who served.

About Hearts of Patriots
When veterans return suffering from PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, or both, their transition into civilian can be especially difficult.  Co-founded by the wife of a Marine who served in Iraq, Hearts of Patriots understands the challenges faced by caregivers of veterans with invisible wounds of war.

Our Mission
Our mission is to support these hidden heroes on their journey to create a home — and a life — that is once again whole by providing education, resources and support to PTSD combat veteran spouses and their families.
